Today I found something special – as you may have noticed (^^) there is a layer on this page (only on this single one btw) asking you to like my page. When you didn’t click the ‘Like’-button you can refresh this page (F5) to see it in action again.
There are several settings on how to let the layer appear:
- You can add a ‘Close (X)’-Link
- You can change the time-span for the layer or
- You can block your content completely until the ’Like’-button has been clicked
- You can change the opacity (how dark is the content in the background)
- The layer sets a cookie – you can set how many days it should be active (no layer for those that ‘Liked’ in the cookies lifetime)
As of now I’m not willing to give this script away but it’s running nicely on one of my pages
